School Supplies for 2023/24

Supplies for Kindergarden, Grade 1, 2

$45 student supplies fee – Basic supplies will be provided (crayons, pencils, markers, glue, etc.).  This fee will be added to your tuition invoice at the beginning of the school year.

 In addition please provide the following items:

1 – Complete change of clothes in a large ziplock bag 1 – Indoor runners (non-marking soles) 1 – Water bottle (to be left at the school) 1 – Adult sized backpack with a Lunch Kit, and water bottle

Supplies for Grade 3/4

1 - complete change of clothes in a large ziplock back 1 - indoor runners (non-marking soles) 1 - adult sized backpack 1 - lunch kit and water bottle 1 - large pencil case with: 6- regular HB pencils, 2- white erasers, 1- pair of scissors, 8- glue sticks 6 - Hilroy notebooks (80 pg each) not coil bound 1 - tacky glue 1 - headphones (to plug into a computer or laptop) 3 - boxes of facial tissue 1 - package of pencil crayons 1 - package of markers 1 - 30 centimeter ruler

Supplies for Gr. 5

1 - 1 1/2in. binder (Sci/SS) with:

loose-leaf (enough for 50 pages)

1 pack subject dividers (enough for 4 dividers)

1 – coiled graph paper notebook (for math)

6 – Hilroy 80pg notebooks (for math)

1 – geometry set

1 - fabric pencil case with (for regular class – kept at their desk) with

12 – pencils (regular HB pencils preferred), 1 - highlighter (yellow or orange), 1 - metal pencil sharpener, 2 - white erasers, 3 - blue pens, 2 - red pens, 1 – small calculator (does not need to be scientific)

1 –pencil case with: (for art class only – kept in cubby) with:

1 – bottle of Tacky craft glue, 1 – large glue stick, 1 – set of pencil crayons, 1 – small pair of scissors.

1 - deodorant stick 1 - indoor runners 1 - set of spare clothes (sweats, shorts, T-shirt, long sleeve shirt)

1 - headphones or earbuds (to plug into a computer or laptop)

1 - school bag, lunch kit and water bottle

Supplies for Grade 6-8

3 - 1 1/2in. binders (one for LA, one for Bible and one for Sci/SS) with:

loose-leaf (enough for 50 pages in each of the 3 binders)

3 packs subject dividers (enough for 4 dividers in each binder)

1 - white 1" binder (portfolio) with clear cover sleeve with: (not needed if they have a portfolio already) with:

2 - Packages clear page protectors

1 – coiled graph paper notebook (for math)

6 - Hilroy 80 pg notebooks (some are for math and some for LA)

1 – geometry set

Please DO NOT send zippered binders as they do not fit in their desks and tend to be very messy. Do not send 1 large binder for all their subjects
to fit in as the binders need to stay in different classrooms. Oversized and zippered binders will be sent home. Do not send mechanical pencils that need refills.

The school has enough Bibles, dictionaries and thesauruses that students do not need to bring their own.
